Register of Water Approvals

The Water Management Act 2000 requires a register of approvals to be made publicly available to provide information for water users and the general public that can be widely and simply accessed. Using the search functions provided, individuals can access up-to-date information about the status of approvals held by the Department of Water and Energy. The information provided is limited to meet the requirements of section 57 of the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998.
